Reasoning why this site is declared poorly designed
This website violates the tolerance, visibility, simplicity, reuse, and structure principles of graphic design. This website is very distracting with the usage of moving wallpaper in a tile form. No tab matches or provides relation to the content. The use of colors are clear that the designer had no intention of steering away from the primary color wheel nor toning down any shade used in the site making it very uneasy on the eyes. The site all together appears as a site that would easily give your computer a virus.
